Valuation for Multiple specification

Hello friends,

Please help me in following issue.

I have maintained all the setting related to multiple specification, but valuation is not getting transferred to these multiple specs.in multiple specification tab. All are showing in red color, though it should come in green color as accepted.

I have maintained object as country specific.

Please guide me where I am going wrong.
