How to trigger workflow while creating incident /Accidnet log

Can anyone tell how to send automatic notification while creating Incident Accident lon using CBIH82 trasaction.

Hi Bhuwan,

In standard sap system we don't find any Business Object which can have appropriate event to trigger workflow to send notification while creating incident accident log in IH&S. you need to create a ZBusiness Object and then you can trigger workflow. your event can be link through change document object of Table CCIHT_IAL .

i hope it is a ABAP querry, but u require to write a programme in abap ie user exit programme, the following are the user exits for ur querry.

EHSIAHM1 EH&S: Menu Exit 1 for Incident/Accident Log Header

EHSIAHM2 EH&S: Menu Exit 2 for Incident/Accident Log Header

EHSIAPM1 EH&S: Menu Exit 1 for Incident/Accident Log Person

EHSIAPM2 EH&S: Menu Exit 2 for Incident/Accident Log Person
