regarding service desk configuration

i have mapped all users from satllite system to solution manager system as a business partners,

how business partners will logon to solution manager system, or we have to create as a user?,

if i configured the incident management in workcenter(solution manager) how business partners will logon to solution manager system to see reply message from the supportteam?

create business partners for all the user in satellite system by following this link

dswp - select any solution - click on edit - "create business partners"

clost the pop window then goto "add" in the menu and select all the satellite systems and then click on edit and then create business partners"

repeat this activity for every user who wants to use solution manger

hope it solves your pblm pls assign some pts.
