Balance in Recon Key transfer

Hi,

In the transaction FPO2, the OI and G/L accounts amounts are always the same.(After all recon keys are closed and transferred)

But this month we are getting a difference in FPO2, and a small amount in "Rec. key bal" (After completing all Recon transfer, FPG4 and FPG1)

I've run FPG2 and FPG5 but it does not show any errors in transfer.

Can anyone provide any hints/tables/Tcode on how we can check which record/s have not moved from FICA to G/L.

Hi John,

Tcode FPT7 is the Transaction code for displaying the posting totals:-

1) All records

2) Records which have been transferred

3) Records which have not been transferred

I do not have authorisation to the said tcode.

So any other way I can check the difference?

Hi John,

Unclosed reconkey items like postings to clarfication account does not move to GL.

In that sense you need to close them by allocating a different Reconkey.

Coming to data base tables, you can refer to DFKKSUM and DFKKSUMC for Tr to GL.

Thanks for your inputs. It was very helpful.

Additionally I was also able to find these table where all the posting between FICA and G/l is maintianed.

There are some posting/recon keys pending with the user hopefully the problem should be resolved once the user clears this.

Can I please get an answer for this? I am unable to locate why there is a difference here. Also recon status shows errors...what does that mean?
