alerts not triggering for one particular alert category

Hi All,

We have configured alerts for various categories, we are able to receive email alerts for all the categories except for "system error" alert category. there is no alert rule for any category.

In SXMB_MONI, we are seeing that the interface has some system errors but the alert is not triggered.

When closing a thread, please explain how the issue was resolved rather than just saying "solved".

All those who helped you on this question and all others who follow this forum could do with knowing how issues are resolved rather than just saying solved

Good point Bhavesh, i was in a hurry that day so cudn't explain.

actually it was something to do with password. password for one of the user roles was expired.
