Hi
We are on ECC 6 and SQL Server, but when we go to DB02 screen we are not able to see the side menu. But when we see at other system which is of similar configration we see the sub menu's.
This happens to all the other Tcodes also like DB12 were we can see all the sub folders in one system but we cannot see the same on other system.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
The strange part is in both the systems, the user is having SAP_all and sap _new, but one see's the cockpit and other does not.
The one system that we are able to see the proper setting for DB02 is on SP14 and other one with wrong settings is on SP10. will that be a problem ?
Thanks

Double check your authorization settings. When the DB cockpit was updated (I think it was SP13) they added an additional authorization check.
Did you apply Service Packs recently?
