Notification options are greyed out!!

Dear Expert,

When I directly goto Transaction QA11 -> Menu-> Inspection processing -

> Notification----> worklist/creation/change/display, then I am able to use all the Notification options.

But if I directly goto Transaction QE51N and double click the Inspection lot number in the left side of this screen, it takes me to the "Record Usage Decision: Characteristics Overview" of QA11 screen, Where I goto menu-->Inspection pocessing->Notification--->worklist/create/change/display, the options worklist/create/change/display are greyed out, I need to enable them.

Hello,

I dont think you can enable this. You can generate notification by defect recording and intiating notification in QA11.
