Hi.
I'm using Service Desk to send e-mail when a new activity is created and ALMOST everything is working.
Now, for each activity I want to send a e-mail to the user with the activity status updated, but the activity status is no where to be found in the structures I've seen the the CRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM.
I've notice that TCode CRM_DNO_MONITOR is getting the status for the activity, does anyone know how this transaction is doing this?
