Authorization Group for Standard Program

Hi All

I know how to restrict an user from viewing a table in SE11 by means of Authorization Group assignment.

What I need to know is that similarly can I restrict the execution of a standard program thru SE38 by giving any Authorization Group? In SE11 i can find out the place to assign Authorization Group. But can any one tell me how do I assign a authorization group to a standard program?
