Read only access to SD adn CO table - SAP on SQL 2005

Hi everyone,

I need to set up access as read-only to our QAS SQL 2005 database for a consultant.

I want to restrict his access so that he can only read the SD and CO tables. I don't want himnear the HR and PY data especially.

The problem is I do not know who to pull the full list associated to SD and CO, can anyone give me direction?

Thank you

Coco

I suggest you ask that in the security forum, this is a pure permission/role/profile issue.

> For restrictions you want to look at authorization groups. Not all tables are assigned to a group but the HR tables most likely are. Authorization object S_TABU_DIS can be a good search keyword in the forum.

.. and I agree with him and removed your second post.

Also keep an eye out for "&NC&" when searching.

Cheers,
