HI,
Just try with this can you ping your both the systems using hostnames.Problem might occurs if you dont have host name entries in both the servers. If this is the matter add entry in system hosts files and then run the test to check connectivity in RFC(SM59).
Let us know your status.

Gagan Deep Kaushal
Hi Moshin,
Initially for configuring TMS,you need to remove some file from usr\sap\trans ,bin, buffer and tmp folders.
After removing all these things goto SE06.
select Standard Installation radio button.
Click on Perform post-installation Actions.
Next come to STMS.
Click on systems.Go to Extras and delete Existing TMS configuration.
U need to perform all these things in the 3 systems which you are using for Landscapes.
After this plz follow the below links.

Please do not post the same question multiple times. The same question was already opened yesterday in the following thread:
Check the authorizations for TMSADM or else do try to reconfigure TMS again. Before reconfiguring the TMS, you can try resetting the TMSADM for every system in TMS from STMS >> System overview >> extra >> reset TMSADM.

Jazz

Hi
Give the full authorization for Object S_RFC or assign role SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW to TMSADM user in client 000. I think it'll help to resolve the issue ..
