Integration betweem Project & Equipment

Dear PS experts,

Is there any facility in SAP to create an Equipment from the project, before setting the status to CLSD like Asset master we create from the project?

from WBS you can create asset directly - menu path

Edit -> WBS -> Inv Progms -> Create completed asset

Once the asset is created you can create an equipment from Asset accounting

Use menu path

SPRO -> FI -> AA -> Master Data -> Automatic creation of equipment master record

Hi,

I think you cannot create equipment from Project but in PP there may be few txns those result in creation of eqipment, not sure check with PP folks..

But in project you can attach equipment in WBS assignment tab.

Lets wait for other suggestions whether there is any functionality like this in PS..
