Hi All,
can any one tell me how to configure the system to automatically pick up "Reported by" when the support message is created from the transaction: CRMD_ORDER.

Dear Pradeep,
In your transaction type either Zslfn or Standard SLFN .
.goto spro service desk partner determination
here choose the reported by partner and ........in the column.....determination..
.take the access seq...as USER(this takes the userid of logged in user)
You can create your own alos......
The std will fill the userid ..if you customize the access seq or create a new one then it will show BP also.
Choice is urs......
