Difference between ITS, WebDynpro and EP

I want to know the diff between ITS, Web dynpro and EP with clear Picture.

I want to Learn ABAP Webdynpro. Is there any necessery to learn JAVA . if yes what I have to learn in JAVA

ITS is the old technique to make ABAP Dynpro's usable via a Web interface. If you want to learn Web Dynpro for ABAP you don't need any Java skills.

HI,

EP is used to view different kinds of applications eg. BSP, WEB Dynpro Java,Web Dynpro ABAP, VC coming from different systems, based on roles .

by logging once into the portal u can view all these.

Web Dynpro is a UI technology .

WEB dynpro abab , web dynpro java,BSPs etc are used to develop the application to run on the portal.

ITS was used earlier to EP.

to learn web dynpro abap u jus need to know MVC concepts, and ABAP.

As u said , Now a days all are Using EP instead of ITS.

and I came to know under EP, BSPs and Web dynpro will use.
