Scenario from a automobile industry to be mapped in SAP

Hi,

I got a scenario from a automobile industry.

Customer can avail 3 free services for the vehicle.

Dealer claims for the free service from the automobile company.

Dealer claims through the service coupon.

(service coupon comes along with the vehicle manual).

So is ther any scenario for service coupon in SAP.
