header and activity assigned networks?

Please help me understand header assigned and activity assigned network and their subsequent effects on WBS element above them, costing, finance, and corresponding sales document.

Hi,

Header assigned networks - there is only one network header will be assigned at level one wbs and all the activities and networked under one network header. The costing and other documents are held at network header level only.

Activity assigned network: Each WBS contains a separate network header in which all the activities under that particular WBS willbe scheduled and planned. Here all the transactions will be WBS as each WBS contains a separate network header.
