Do we need to reconstruct avac (CJBN)whenever Supplement or Return is done?

Hi,

I would like to know whether reconstruct of availability control (CJBN) needs to be run whenever supplement or return takes place on project (or from IM to project).

Please also advise when reconstruct of availability control (CJBN) is used.

Reconstruct of availability control (CJBN) is funcationality designed for whenver you change any setttings related to Budget profile of the projects ( weather it's custmising or changing budget profile in project builder ) to correct it's effect on reporting we have to run CJBN.

Hi,

Reconstruct availablity control will be run under following conditions:

1. Budget profile is changed in Project Defn

2. Changes are made to existing budget profile

3. Changes are made in tolerance limits.

For these changes to take effect run the subjected transaction.
