Maintain Organization Attributes only Via Tcode PPOMA_CRM

Hello,

I have a business requirement, where in the user should be able to Maintain Organization Attributes only Via Tcode PPOMA_CRM.

User having authorizations via CRM_TERRMA(act : 02) object can maintain not only Organization Unit, but the user CAN also maintain Position, Employee, User.

How do I restrict user so that he can only Maintain Organization Attributes?

Any work around, please suggest.
