Cache update problem

Hi,

All the objects of particular software component version(IR) are not getting updated in cache.Where as objects in other Software compnent version are getting update in cache.

What could be the reason that objects of particular SWCV is not getting updated.

go to RWB administration and from there access IR admin and unlock your SW component

Hi Ram,

1.Check whether the Software component is created perfectly in SLD with all the required configurations.

If not make the necessary changes and reimport the Software Component version in IR . If still the problem exists then try"Clear SLD Data Cache" .

2.Also try giving Complete Cache refresh or Delta cache refresh in SXI_CACHE .

Hi Ram,

Try clearing SLD Cache in IR->Environment->Claer SLD Delta Cache

Refresh SoftwareCompenent cache in Administration->Cache Overview->Cache for SoftwareComponents

You can also try to update only that particular SWCV from XI Start Page -> Administration -> Cache.

1. Hope the SWCV is not locked .

Kindly check the cache updates at IR ...Please make sure that really SWCV is not getting updated by making small changes at description level..
