SAINT error: BI CONT phase DISSASSEMBLE

Hi!

I installed SAP NetWeaver 2004s with SAP BI. Now I would like to install a BI CONT 7.03 Add on via SAINT

The patch will be stopped after a while

- Fehler in Phase: DISASSEMBLE

- Fehlergrund: PATCH_FILE_READ_ERROR

- Return-Code: 12

- Fehlernachricht: OCS Package: SAPKIBIIIH

I have last SAP/SAINT 30, the last TP and r3trans version.

Can some one help me to solve this problem?

Hi there

I got the exact same problem. But I got it sorted out. Due to lack of diskspace I needed to remove the SAR file from /usr/sap/trans after I have unpacked it with SAPCAR.

After that I got the exact same problem as you, however I managed to get the hardware guys to extend the diskspace for /usr/sap/trans area. After that I simply copied the SAR file again to /usr/sap/trans and unpacked it again.

And then it worked fine. Not sure if this helps you at all but wanted to share how I got further.
