Hi Michal,
Thanks Michal,
We are using PI 7.1, Our Scope to do File to IDOC & Mail scenario in between we have to do RFC Lookups..
Could you pls guide me thru the steps fo BPM,
1 SA -> OB to AA
2 ID -> OB to AA & AA to Recv
3.RD -> OB to AA & AA to Recv
4.RA -> AA to IB & AA to IB
Correct me if i'm wrong..
Clarification : Is there is any way out to implement this scenario with out BPM.
We already implemented this scenario with 2 MM & 2 OM, Scenario works fine...but we have to use 1 Mapping..
Appreciate your help in advance..
Thanks,
vasanth.
Hi Kumar
BPM steps can be
1. Receive (File)
2. Transformation (File -> IDOC)
3. Send (IDOC)
4. Transformation (File -> Mail)
5. Send (Mail)
here also you need two mappings.
IDOC adapter is working on ABAP engine and so we cant apply multimapping to it.
For the reverse case we can make it working with some tweaks but i dont think for this case single mapping can help you.
Yesterday's thread we have already discussed without using BPM and using 2 MM you can do this.
One more way i can provide you but i dont recommended.You can send email from UDF itself in 1 Mapping. then you dont have to create 2 mappings.
Thanks
Gaurav
