Master data tables

Hi,

can you give me SRM-specific tables' list with fields (including keys) which describe the following master data:

Vendor,

Buyer,

Material,

Material group.

Does SRM has conditions like SD and MM have (tables KONH. KONP, A*)? What are this tables?

Hi,

The master data tables are as follows:

Vendor

If vendors are replicated from R/3 system to SRM system,you can find the mapping details in table VENMAP.

PARTNER_GUID field stores Business Partner GUID in SRM

VENDOR_NO contains the vendor ID from R/3

If vendor is locally created in SRM,table to look is BUT000.

Field PARTNER has the partner no for the vendor.(vendor is created as a business partner in SRM)

Buyer

There is no single master data table for this.You can refer the table CRMD_ORDERADM_H/CRMD_ORDERADM_I to get the buyer name/ID for the document created in SRM.

Material

Materials are referred to as products in SRM.

Table is COMM_PRODUCT

Material group

Material group is referred to as Product category in SRM

Table is COMM_CATEGORY
