I have SAP_REORG_SPOOL shedulled daily.

However I still can see spool reqs from 2 days ago(the in waiting time). Is this normal?

SAP_REORG_SPOOL runs the program RSPO0041 which require variant. The default variant (SAP&001) provided by sap is having retention period 10 days.

If you need to reduce the number of days for spool retention, you must create new variant and reschedule the job with new variant.

To create/view the variant, you can try exicurting the program RSPO0041 in SE38. (goto >> variants).

Perfectly normal. Please reduce the retention as described above (after consulting business) and don't bother too much unless you are running out of FS space.
