Unwanted PO created

Dear all,

I hope you can help/advise on the following issue within SRM

A shopping cart was created by mistake for the wrong vendor so I deleted the PO and updated the shopping cart for the correct vendor and I have then created a new purchase order.

After some hours the shopping cart showed-up for the second time in the worklist once again resulting in another purchase order

Have you seen this issue before?

I have the same issue before. what we suggest is, it better to delte the SC and PO and create a new order.
