risk category field missing in sales order

I am createng a sales ordr and then i am saving it then it is showing message likemissing data

then i clicked to complete the data and it shown mssing data as risk category then i selected it and pressed on the button complete data then i have went to the screen where it is a sales tab. but i am not seeing any risk category data field guide me

go to FD32 and assign risk category to the customer

Hi

If you have Configured Credit mgmt and maintained Credit limit also then in FD32 only you can assign the Risk category ,

Secondly , Check in OVA8 , wheather you have maintained and assigned the Risk mgmt to the credit control area or not

use Transaction FD32 to assign this risk category to a credit account.

If u want to define the risk categories then goto OB01 create risk category and then assign it in FD32
