Error while triggering IDOC

Hi All,

Im getting an error in IDOC when triggering from R3 to PI.

Its saying " Entry in outbound table not found"

and "IDOC added incorrectly".

Could u pls tell me where exactly is the error...

Hi Divyna,

please check the SALE (IMG), WE20 (partner profiles) and WE21 (ports in IDoc processing) configuration of your sending system. These contain the routing information for your IDoc.

If correct, you should check the control record in your generated IDoc. Does it contain the correct sender and receiver information?

I know this error when I sent an IDoc (e.g. SHPMT04) to a logical system (e.g. LS DUMMY), but did not configure the WE20 correctly for the receiver LS. Without this configuration, the sender does not know where to route the IDoc.

Use tcode WE20 and Create Partner Profile for Logical system.

Add IDoc Message type entry in Partner Profile.

IDoc Added with errors

Check status code using WE05
