Searching field "Goods Recipient" in "Confirm Goods" not working

Hello Gurus,

The issue I have is regarding the extended search for "Confirm goods". When I search for field "goods recipient" in transaction "Confirm Goods / Services Centrally" (of the PO I want to confirm) if the SC has been created in SRM everything works well, however if I create the PO directly in R3 it does not work properly. I am working with SRM 5.0 in classic scenario.

Any idea why is this happening? Thanks so much in advance,

Hi

Check whether if the extended search is active or not. If it is active then make it deative and then try.

First of all, thanks for your reply. I think something is missing in my message.

My problem is that when I search in transaction "BBPCF03" (Confirm Goods / Services Centrally) through field "goods recipient" in SRM for all of those POs created in R3 directly (no from SRM SC), the system does not apply the filter (a particular user) and shows up every single PO, which is not correct.

Any suggestion why this field is not working properly?
