List Price value transfer to COPA

Hii All

In orders and invoices we have two prices maintained

1. List Price

2. Customer Price

Both the prices are mandatory, once customer price is found the List price goes inactive.

After the invoices are created the List Price goes into "Gross Sales Revenue" in Profitability analysis

and Customer Price "Customer Price" in Profitability analysis.

This used to happen for last seven years in our system.

But suddenly now the List Price value is not getting populated in "Gross Sales Revenue" in Profitability analysis.

Can anyone let me know where we can do the setting for this.

Hi,

Go to KE4I and check if value field assignment has been removed for your condition 'List Price' over there.. I suspect it has been removed from there and hence its value is not passing to CO-PA.

I checked the settings in KE4I but it seems fine, to elaborate more the List price condition goes into yellow state once Customer price is found.

I guess that may be the reason for Gross Reveneue not getting populated as it must only take prices of active condtions.

But even with the non active condition type the values were getting populated couple of weeks before.

Pls do suggest something which I can check.

Have you done any changes in the revenue GL account Or is ther any specific chages which is done recently in COPA?

Check if anyone has changed the value field assignment to condition type.
