What is the Tcode to release the Billing Block.

How we can configure invoice date is todays date in the system. upto now we rae using PGI date as invoice date. Now we need this should be todays date.

In copy control at item level use routine 011 (Bill date = today) in Data VBRK/VBRP.

check the t.code V.23 to see the blocked billing documents and also check Incomplete Billing documents - MCV9 this may also help you.

By using the T.Code V.23 you can achieve this.

MASS transaction will also help you in removing the billing block

Please try with V.23 tcode for both seeing list of blocked documents as well as releasing billin block..
