SAP GUI Error rollout failed

Hi,
some users got the following error message "rollout failed - modus closed" (rollout misslungen - modus abgebrochen in german ...) while they are trying to open transactions like CNS43 or CJI3. First I thought that the errors occured because of their GUI Version, but they are different: one is GUI 6.40 patch level 24 and the other is 7.10 patch level 7 ...
Is there anyone who can tell me what the error message is meaning and what we can do to solve the problem?

Looks like you have trouble in SAP memory management, are you trying check logs in SM21 and server
conditions in st02 ? Check also st22 dumps...
