What is the T-Code to make the message V2 156 obligatory. (Error in not completed)

Standard SAP Message can't be changed (unless changes are made in to Standard Code).

You can see the details of this error message in SE91 but you are not suppose to change the standard functionality.

This message is used in Include MV45AF0F of SAPMV45A Program. The message is an information message and cannot be converted to error message in configuration. This can be done only done through the standard SAP code correction which is not recommendable.
