CUTOVER activities from Quality Management perspective

Can any one give some information about which are the activities or points one should look at during CUTOVER phase from Quality Management perspective & again how to deal with that.

HI Swanand,

following is the list of cut over activity for QM

1)Qinfo record having material ,vendor , plant combination

2)Open Vendor notification , Customer notification

3)Open inspection lot . my opinion is make the UD of the all lot so don't take open inspection lot.

4)For Cost of QM internal order if used then please take internal order.

5)If calibration Scenario is there then take Calibration plan

6)Calibration lot
