Fastest way to delete all mail in Business Workplace inbox (SO01)

Dear all,

After configured and activated SMTP in one of the clients, when logging in to SO01, the inbox has more than 140,000 email. Those email are from the workflow and have been accumulated. Now I would like to clear all the emails.

I can't select all and delete because it will cause time out. Deleting one by one will take very long time.

Anyone knows what is the fastest way to clear all the email in an inbox ?

I just tried with 100 mails which was there in my inbox in SAP system and i deleted it this way..

Go to the inbox, Shift + page down button , select every mail and then click delete..!

Dont know if it will help you since you have 140,000 mails.. But i am not aware of any other easier way, May be someone else can give a better solution..

Hi Jazz,

I tried that before, I can select all the email, but when delete them in one go, it runs and then time out.

I guess delete them from table level should be faster but don't know which table holds the email.

Ask your ABAPer to write a code considering the two tables in the link.
