Installation of SAP 4.6C on HP UNIX 11i with VERITAS Clusters

Hi all,

I am looking for the install document for 4.6C on HP UNIX 11i with VERITAS Clusters. Anybody having the document pl. forward me the same or send me the url.

Hi Srinivas,

I think you migrate the new servers with old sap data server ie (same setup with new machine).

In which software you are using for database (oracle or db2)

Hi Srinivas,

Before you start your migration.

You need to ordered and get by shipment of updated version of 4.6C SR2 NEW ORACLE with UNIX from SAP.

after that..

1. start the normal 4.6 C installation with 64 bit in HP-Unix 11i (new system )

2. Install oracle 10 g software ,client & patches

3. using the Export CD'syou can copy the data and import into the new system

4. Upgrade the latest level of Kernal with 64 bit

5. Apply support pack with latest level in DVD's
