Dear All,
Is it possible to summarized accounting entries for more than 999 line items in billing document.
Eg. In billing document if line items are 700 for that each line item containts excise and tax for that it shows different accounting entries. Is it possible the all the accounting entries can i summarized.

Go to IMG -- Financial Accounting --> Financial Accounting Global Settings --> General Ledger Accounting --> Business Transactions --> Integration --> Sales and Distribution --> Perform Document Summarization for Sales and Distribution.
There make the settings according to your requirement.

In sm30 maitain V_TTYPV. Select your area to summarize. Select your fields to base the summary on.
This will summarize the postings made to FI for many different ares.
