Operating system call recv failed (error no. 73 ) - error on SM21

Hi Experts,

I usually got this error on SM21 and it results to disconnection on some of users logged in SAP application... what does it mean, do I need adjust some parameters?

Dear Deo,

these kind of problems (OS Error 73) are usually caused by network issues. Error 73 will normally means 'connection reset by peer'. In most cases, this is because the connection was interupted by the communication partner or an active network component between.

- please check your Network environment. you can use NIPING tool to diagnose it (note 500235).

- please rdisp/keepalive and rdisp/gui_auto_logout See note 27320 - keeP alive and gui_auto_logout profile param

Maybe, you are using different DNS servers for you Clients and Servers? This might also be a problem ...
