In Service Desk scenrio ?
Best regards,
Hi Gates,
yes CCC means Customer Competence Center. In the context of SAP Support it means a customer that is hierarchically on top of a normal customer number. A S-user that has an authorization e.g. to create a message on CCC-level has this authorization accross all the customer numbers of the CCC. In case of RFC communication to OSS an RFC called is allowed whenever the RFC user and the AISUSER-user is belonging to the same customer number or to the same CCC number.
Regards
Andreas

Hi,
in the first guess I would say "Customer Competence Center". In which context you need that?
Best regards, Alexander
