Dear Keshini

Go to TCode MASS, input Object Type BUS2032 and execute.

Block "Sales Order Item Data" and click on "Fields". Search the field MASSVBAP-ABGRU and block the same and execute. Input the sale order references and execute. Now you can see two tabs. On top, you can see a field "New Values". Assign some value here and execute.

Alternatively, at header level also, you can block the sale order. For that go to MASS, block "Sales order header data" and click on "Fields". Search for two fields "MASSSDHEAD_S-LIFSK" (for Delivery Block) and "MASSSDHEAD_S-FAKSK" (for billing block). Select any of these two fields and proceed as explained above.

thanks

Hi,

You can use transaction code MASS.

Select object BUS2032 and use field MASSVBAP-ABGRU to set reason for rejection at sales order item level.

Then execute. In the next screen, enter the sales orders that you want to set with reason for rejection. Again execute.

In the next screen, the system will display the list of sales orders and its items. In the field new values, select the value reason for rejection. Then click on carry out mass change button, which appears just above the new values field. Then click on the save button. The system will update all the sales order items at once.

Regards,
