PO Status is Awaiting Approval when no Approval Required

Hello All -

When I look at a PO on the worklist, it shows PO awaiting approval. When I click on the PO and look at the Approval view on the Header Data tab, it says No Approval Required. We have set it up so that no PO approval is required. Does anyone know why I would get conflicting statuses and how to fix this?

Hi,

if your po status shows 'awaiting approval' for longer than a few seconds then more than likely the replication workflow to the backend ERP system failed. Try using SWI1 for workflows WS14000075 in Error status and more than likely you'll find an instance for your PO. The unfortunate thing is that the error reasons are usually not easy to understand.

Hi Jane,

Can you plese retry using refresh button,or open the PO once again.

This should solve the problem.

If it still shows in approval for a long time ,

1.Then go to transaction RZ20 and check for

messages there.You might get hint on the problem.

2.Go to transaction swi6 and check your PO status there.
