managed system setup wizard error

Hi all,

Hope everybody doing fine

i had setup manager system wizard ( trying to connect the portal (sp 10) with solution manager (sp 15).

i came across with these two error . whwther anybody faced the same problem .

I had installed Enterprise manager in solman (sucessful) and diagonostica nd wily agent in portal (sucessful)

1) At least one support role assignment did not succed, check details below and logs for more info

User existence check failed : Server returned: 302 Found

The following J2EE roles were granted to user SAPSUPPORT : SAP-J2EE-Engine/SAP_JAVA_SUPPORT

Failed to get User ID for user with logonname SAPSUPPORT

!! Exception : Server returned: 302 Found

Any solution for the 2nd problem I got the same for 7.01 EHP1 SP19 of solution manager?

first problem comes when the admin user with which managed system wizard is running... has initial password assigned or password has expired

HI

i could able to find an sap note for my second problem (note :1159369) --- a bug in the software in SP14.

But still could nopt able to solve my first problem.i could also find a user SAPSUPPORT in ume of managed system. but still the system fails to recognise it during the setup.

any clue guys?

opened a oss call to SAP

This problem happens only with UME datasource as LDAP.

Did you ever find a solution for your problem 1, because I am getting the same error, and it is on support package 17 on my solution manager.

HI

try to enter into managed system manually with the user id and password mentioned in the managed system.

if it prompts for new password then change it

run the managed system wizard once again

problem is solved

ps: to aviod problem in future change the type of user to technical user in ume.

Log into the java stack with the administrator (or whichever account you specified) to see if the password has expired. The better alternative is to change the administrator account to a Technical user.
