Executing Postinstall steps of technical configurtion for the PI usage

I am facing 2 error while executing Postinstall steps of technical configuration for the PI Usage.

error 1 :-

Hi BASIS BASIS,

regarding Error 1 - please increase the SAP specific OS parameter CPIC_MAX_CONV to 1000 (Default: 100) and restart your system. In gerenal for XI/PI a higher value than 100 is recommended.

Error 2 - no idea.
