We are about to implement ChaRM approach with SAP Solution Manager.
Can some one tell whether or not we need some technical users?

Ok, let's describe the problem.
ChaRM needs basically the following RFC connections:
SM_<SystemCLNTxxx>_TMW
SM_<SystemCLNTxxx>_TRUSTED
SM_<SystemCLNTxxx>_LOGIN
SM_<SystemCLNTxxx>_READ
When we generate all the RFC connections from SMSY the following technical users of type communication user will be created:
SOLTWESxxx
SOLTTMWxxx
In order to trace who log in into DEV, QAS and PRD system we implemented the RFC connection
SM_<SystemCLNTxxx>_TRUSTED with the option "current user".
The question
Do we still need all the technical users see above (SOLTWESxxx, SOLTTMWxxx)?
If Yes, with which authorization?
