Hello,
I have a Panasonic Workio 8020E Network printer and I want to print to it from SAP. I didn't find a specific SAP printer driver for this device and I installed a Z driver that I have used earlier for an HP printer. I have put U (print using Barkley protocol) on the "Host Spool Access Method" box and the IP address of my printer on the "Destination Host" box of the new printer.
From sp01 all print jobs seem to be printed normally without error, but actually no document is printed in my printer. I have checked network connection (server can ping to the printers IP).
Is something else that I have to configure?
Can anyone tell me where I could find drivers that supports Greek for this printer ?
hi,
u can google for the drivers, as i have seen in experience the drivers of one manufacturer are not compatible to other,
http://panasonic.co.jp/pcc/products/en/mfp/download/dp-8020/gdi/ita-eu.html
Install these drivers and let us know how things went.

Hi,
May be you can try the T-code SPAD which might help you understand a bit abt configuring output devices also you can nevertheless take BASIS's help to resolve the same.
