Performance Issue-Upgrade database from Oracle 9 to 10

Hi Guru's,

We had done the database upgrade from oracle 9 to 10.(In process to upgrade from 4.7 to ECC 6)

after this the system is response time is very slow, every transaction seems to be hung.

please provide your input to resolve this.

Please take inputs from your BASIS /Techanical consultant. Otherwise you can post the same in BASIS forum. System performance is primarly responsibility of BASIS consultant.
