when i am trying to assign change no to document.

the error given .

Hi,

while creating a change master, check whether you have done the following,

1. selection of Object type as Document

2. adding document type and document under Object.

check that the document is created before assigning under object.

If your problem is still not solved get the help of an abapper to debug the standard code to find the reason for error.

First check if you have assigned Document as an object link to your change master. If not assign it and try again.

hv u activated both the setting in DOC type.

1. change docs

2. change number reqd.
