Is there any Need to use "Commit operation " in BTE

Hello Experts ,

I want to know that is there any need to use commit operation while updating transparant table in

Business transaction events for Finance module.

as in my case i am not using commit operation so its not updating some documents, so what is the problem exactely??

Hi Darshana,

there should be no need to use commit in BTEs and as I remember, there are events where it's even forbidden to use the commit statement, because it can interfere the SAP logic.

Are you sure, that your function is correctly registered to the framework? Did you set any breakpoint, so you can see that your coding is processed?
