How to post the failed confirmation

The confimation failed to create servcie entry sheet in SAP R/3 with teh reason "XXXX processing the PO".

Is it possible to resend the confirmation to SAP R/3 from EBP so that the same confirmation will used to create SES?

Or we need to create new confirmation?

Hi,

You need to post the confirmation once again in SRM.

The confirmation data will be sent as IDocs to ECC. Just reprocess them and when the CLEAN_REQREQ_UP jobs runs it will update the status correctly. You don't have to resend or reprocess the service entry again in SRM.

For the service entry you can retransfer from the application monitor.

Akash is correct. no IDOC intervention here since it is a service entry sheet. SES goes to r/3 via RFC/BAPI right?
