Where document data is stored?

Hi all

i have created a document where i have entered data. when i view this document in cv04n it shows the data. i actually want to ask where the entered data is stored. what are the table and structure names where it keeps, store data?

hi all

In a class, is it possible to assign same characteristic. e.g i have assigned a characteristic 'Date' in a class 'QA' can i again assign characteristic 'date' in a class 'QA'

Hi,

In SAP, all the data related to all the modules are stored in location called as Tables.

table contains group of fields in which all the data gets stored.

to check data stored in table you can goto SE11,type the table draw and check.

Hi Sohail,

Find the list below,

1. DRAW --> Basic Data

2. DRAD --> Object Link

3. DRAZ --> Additional Data for Originals

4. DRAO --> Originals

5. DRAT --> Short Text

6. DRAP --> Status Log

7. DRAOZ --> Additional Files

Besides this, the original attachments are stored in DMS or KPRO depending upon your customisation.

Based on how you have configured your system you can find those information by using function modules starting with DMS* or KPRO*.
