Net Price issue for Service PO's in R/3

Former Member

Hi,

In SRM 5.0 EC scenario, on creating a shopping cart for service item, the Net Price updated in R/3 for service PO is zero. The Net Price does get correctly reflected in SRM PO.

Kindly let me know if any modifications/additional configuration need to be done, so as to update the correct Net Price in R/3 PO.

Thanks,

Kiran

Hi

Hope that your PO is replicated in to r/3 but only thing is that net price data is zero. please check that BP(vendor) .what are that vendor data like invoice receipt expected in ebp via WEB as well as what is the source of supply for that services? How it takes prices in services in ebp?

Hi,

PO is replicated to R/3 and the vendor data is correct with Invoice receipt flag checked.

Do we need to apply any note to fix this issue?

Thanks,

Hello Kiran,

What is the source of supply for this cart?. How it received a price in SRM?

Hi,

The source of supply is done by manually entering the Vendor and Net Price for Service item in shopping cart, as there is no Contract or Purchase Info record maintained in SRM. The Net Price is reflected in SRM PO.

Also I noticed that only for one account assignment category "Expense Project (H)", the net price is reflected in R/3 PO.

Is there any setting/mapping to be done between Account assignment category and Material/Material Group in R/3.

Thanks,

Kiran

Hi

Hope that it would have created a incomplete PO since you have assigned the vendor manually. However you need to do settings for account assignment vs account assignment category.Implementation Guide (IMG): Supplier Relationship Management ® SRM Server ® Cross-Application Basic Settings ® Account Assignment ® Define G/L Account for Product Category and Account Assignment Category

check it up for your service product category entry here.
