importing status problem

Hi experts,

when i imported the request number it's showing the status import running(lorry) and i when i refresh it then it changed in to gree dot( request waiting to be imported) this message is showing for long time even i refreshing it but it not change in to green tick mark.help me solve this problem.

Your transport has no problem. The green light shows becuase while importing, you have enabled "Leave transport request in queue for later import" in the "options of import". thats the reason it shows green light insted of the "green tick mark".

The option Leave transport request in queue for later import is activated as a default; this means that individual imports will be handled as preliminary transports.

Hello,

As suggested by Jazz.

You need not check the check box "leave tr request after transport"

For confirmation whether you TR is successfully imported in system or not

Kindly check the Import history.

You will get the the import request already imported.
